Crystal is a deeply intuitive and seasoned bodyworker who has dedicated over 23 years to the healing arts. Her approach is integrative — combining technical knowledge of anatomy and releasing soft tissue combined with subtle energetic awareness. She is trauma-informed, soul-attuned, and committed to holding safe, sacred containers for transformation.

Crystal’s mission is to support the healing of the whole being — body, mind, soul, and spirit — through touch, breath, and presence. Every session is an invitation to soften, to come home to yourself, and to remember your own inner wisdom and ability to heal. 

Crystal is so proud to have lived in Nosara for 18 years with her family. She is a dual citizen of Costa Rica and the United States and speaks both English and Spanish.
