Safety, comfort, and communication are of utmost importance. Swedish massage, Craniosacral Therapy, Reiki, Chakra Tuning forks, mobility and stretching are all great therapies for kids. Parents are encouraged to be present.

Drop into deeper layers of embodiment using intentional breath as the medicine. Conscious breathing techniques are implemented to drop into the body, soul and spirit for profound healing and grounding one into your home frequency. Reiki is facilitated during the breathwork session. Post session, we dedicate time and space for integration.
Reiki & Restorative Breathwork, Breath Alchemy or customized themed breathes are class options.
In Reiki and Restorative Breathwork sessions invite participants into deep relaxation and alignment, encouraging the parasympathetic nervous system to take precedence, allowing breathers to tune into their home frequency.
